The Role
Your role is to lead the accelerator. You will report directly to the board of directors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the accelerator program.
- Recruit fellows.
- Set and measure KPIs.
Compensation
- Salary: $150-$170k
- 10% carry in the fund.
- Health and travel benefits.
Experience we're looking for:
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Leadership experience, including managing teams and projects.
- A deep level of experience in social impact and developing countries.

- You’re able to identify high potential people, and traits that allow for them to build successful companies.
